The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and the room had a home-like feel. Photos made it seem bigger though. Would book again for the service.

While the Doubletree By Hilton Washington Dc - Crystal City had some drawbacks like small beds and damaged furniture, I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and clean room. As a Hilton Honors Member, I appreciated the staff moving me to a better room. Overall, a nice stay despite some minor inconveniences.

The food was high quality and the location was marvellous. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Pentagon subway station, was a big plus.

The staff was very accommodating, fixing a voucher hiccup and offering tasty breakfast options. I enjoyed unwinding in the leisure room and catching up on shows in my huge room with a nice view. Minor hassle with extra charges for parking and poor wifi connection, but overall a pleasant stay that didn't break the bank! 🌟

Everything was very good, had a really good stay during our visit. The rooms were non-smoking and brand-new, with double bed. Easy check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was patient.

Great overall experience. The venue was accommodating, I appreciated the stay and the location was top just off the metro. The continental breakfast was offered with bacon. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the rooftop bar.

Oh my goodness, you won't believe how incredible the amazing and friendly staff were! they went above and beyond to make my stay special. The complimentary shuttle also came in handy. However, the in-room coffee maker was a total letdown.

Loved the view from our room overlooking DC, super handy to pop into the city on the metro, and the area's vibe with tons of dining options nearby made our stay fab. The staff was lovely, and the room was cozy, contributing to a great birthday getaway! Sadly, the view was of a construction site, and there were a few bathroom maintenance issues, but these didn't overshadow the overall fantastic stay. 🌆

The restaurant was top-notch on the top floor here, I had delicious dishes. It had a comfortable king size bed and a good-sized bathroom.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat and found the Windows Over Washington Collection features six flexible meeting rooms on the 14th floor, providing stunning DC skyline views. The facilities such as the bar, restaurant, business center, and indoor pool were convenient for our group activities.

I missed having access to a dedicated concierge service to assist with coordinating our team activities during the retreat.

The hotel was fairly clean with pretty friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Location was unbeatable, close to metro stations!

Let me tell you, the cured meats at the in-house restaurant were to die for - a true culinary journey! And can we talk about the local gems nearby - Sweetgreen and Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters - just a stone's throw away, perfect for satisfying those cravings.

Now, here's the tea - had a tub mishap in the room, but the staff's response left a little to be desired. despite the outdated vibe, everything else sparkled like a diamond in the rough.

The first room was a little warm, and despite being moved to another room, the thermostat still didn't go below 68 degrees. the parking garage experience was frustrating, as we had trouble accessing it upon arrival and again when leaving the property.

We chose Arlington to visit the Pentagon and were pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour fitness center at Doubletree By Hilton. The Made Market with its delicious sandwiches and grab-and-go options was a convenient and tasty perk during our stay.

We had a great stay at Doubletree by Hilton in Crystal City. the bed was so comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist Rob was incredibly nice and helpful. He made our stay easier and more enjoyable. When we initially got assigned a room that was too small for four people, the manager Lauren and the housekeeping staff were quick to assist us. They relocated us to a room with a fantastic view, which was much more spacious. As a Hilton Honors member, I was grateful for their prompt attention and the upgraded room, especially after a long journey on Amtrak. the hotel itself is lovely and well-appointed, and I will definitely stay there again, thanks to the amenities in the neighborhood that added to the overall experience.

The room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed was so cozy with a panoramic view of the Washington, DC skyline. I loved the upgraded WiFi and thoughtful amenities like the flat-screen TV and premium bedding. It made me feel right at home.

we had a very great experience at the Doubletree. housekeeping impressed us with a special touch of roses in water. whole foods is super close and a quick walk to Fashion Center and Metro Pentagon City. the staff was extremely helpful, offering warm and delicious cookies at check-in. our king suite had a beautiful view of the Washington Monument and U.S. Capitol Building.
